Registration Steps

• Fill in the registration form (see below).
• Complete the payment if bank transfer option is chosen.
• If the payment is completed by bank transfer please send the proof of payment by email to ctw2015.istanbul@gmail.com.
• If you're a student and you're going to make your payment through bank transfer, please send your student certificate and your receipt by email.

Registration Fees

• Regular registration: (Includes lunches, conference bag, gala dinner):
  BANK TRANSFER: EUR 200
  ON SITE(CASH ONLY): EUR 230
• Student registration: (Includes lunches, conference bag, gala dinner):
  BANK TRANSFER: EUR 150
  ON SITE(CASH ONLY): EUR 170
• Accompanying person: (Includes lunches, gala dinner):
  BANK TRANSFER: EUR 100
  ON SITE(CASH ONLY): EUR 120
• Note: One author can present second paper for EUR 100, third paper for original fee, fourth paper for EUR 100.
• Each paper to be presented has to be registered individually.

• In your payment information, please indicate in payment details: "CTW 2015", your full name and your paper's ID (in case of author's registration).

• Payment by bank transfer : The registrant is requested to pay all handling fees charged by his or her bank(s).
